We just got the 2024 Kona EV from Lougheed Hyundai. This is our first EV so we were a bit nervous but our sales person Frank did an excellent job walking us through this car. Frank was patient and informative, ensuring everything made sense. Also huge thank you to Mika for her assistance with finance. While under the knife, he arranged for his colleague Sid Mirhashemi to take care of the "delivery" to me when the car arrived. Both guys are knowledgeable and nice people. We received our Ioniq 5 this month. The team at Lougheed were great. We had done most of the homework in terms of knowing which vehicle we wanted. I have been dealing with Frank for a number of months. I was looking at a number of SUV’s, while considering buying out buying my Lincoln lease. Frank was very knowledgeable, understood my needs and was honest in discussing the low inventories. He had mentioned, the new 2024 Santa Fe. At first, I was dismissive, thinking it too big. But after more research, and discussions with Frank , I put down a deposit. This week, I picked up my new Santa Fe calligraphy, and am delighted.
